Clean room, deluxe room was spacious, kind a old hotel but value for money if you want to stay longer. Easy to get to highway. Bathroom was clean and pleasant.

Eventhough it's a old hotel, the room is very clean n spacious. We're staying in Family Room. They provided 2 single beds and 1 big queen size bed, with 1bathroom with bath tub n shower n 1 toilet. The staffs were nice n efficient. The location is walking distance to many shops n mall. Only the lift took long time as they received full house guest that week.

The best things is the location of the hotel which is in the main city downtown near shopping areas. It is a good hotel with high value in such cost.

Great Location.There is a parking lot available but you have to pay. No need to struggle to find parking. The room is comfortable, the important thing is clean sheets and pillowcases. Two pillows for one person.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The location is great, very close to a metro station as well as many shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean! Highly recommend staying here!

Customer service welcomed us with a smile. Rizal takes the extra mile to introduce us to the interest of the place in KL.. He even told us where to get good and nice food too👍😀 A good customer service! Keep up your good job Rizal! Will come and stay here again!
